Introduction of the Snails

'They said that time changes things, but you actually have to change it yourself.' - Andy Warhol

They move slowly;

They think quietly;

They look tardy and tiny;

But their dreams are not as tiny as they seems to be.

Once they have their objectives, they strike with their best.

No matter how hard and tough it is, they never give up;

they are the never say never.

They are The Snails.

In this fast pace of life, somehow it's better for us to slow down and look back; to search for what we really want.

Are you in the place where you wanted to be now?

There are millions of art students in the world, I am just one of them.

Studying art is somehow regarded as 'Useless in earning money' or 'only become famous when you died'. 'Be reatislic , study business or finance; get a good job and have good pay, so you can earn a living.' That's how people told me.

When we are kids, we are ecouraged to imagine; to explore; to dream big. But when we grow up, we are taught to confront with the reality; we are forced to put away our dreams. We become the dream blower(吹夢者), who can only talks our dreams but cannot pursue it.

Indeed, I am just one of the art students, but I refuse to become those dream blowers.

My dream is to become an illustrator, to show  my ideas and concept through graphic arts.

The path of pursuing my dream is long and narrow. I wish I can have the courage as the snails have in this long journey.
